Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and Conditions before purchasing from our website.

D & C Cattle Company is in the business of raising and sell grass feed beef.

You are purchasing locally grown grass-fed beef from Roswell, NM. The beef is inspected, and meets or exceeds the requirements for and a USDA meat stamp. We then cut and vacuum seal your beef for freshness. All meat is weighed, vacuumed seal and frozen.

Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service.

By accessing or using the service from D & C Cattle Company, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any parts of the terms then you may not access the services or purchase the beef listed.

Return & Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable nature of frozen beef, D & C Cattle Company does not offer returns or refunds on purchases of beef or beef products.

The deposit is nonrefundable.

Deposit made on orders will lapses after 30 days of notification sent that the beef order is ready for pick up.

Shipping Policy

D & C Cattle Company does not offer Shipping of frozen meats at this time.

We do offer free delivery within 180 miles of Roswell, NM on full and half beef orders.

All other orders must be picked up at 67 Yakima Road during normal business hours unless other arrangements have been made.

You will receive a text, email or be called when your order is ready for pick up.

D & C Cattle Company collects the customer’s information for the purpose of processing the customer’s order. D & C Cattle Company does not share or sell this information to any third parties. D & C Cattle Company uses Wix.com and Square.com to process credit card payments.

D & C Cattle Company does not store any credit card information about the customer.
